Just like a new pair of shoes, when your first begin to wear your orthotics there is a normal break in period. After a short time, your will gain a feeling of comfort. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied, simply return your orthotics during the first 30 days. We will refund the price of your orthotics minus the impression fee and shipping costs.
